How It Works
Where: Your rental house, Airbnb, hotel suite, or any space with table room. We can also recommend local venues in the Bozeman area perfect for arranging parties.
When: Typically the evening before your wedding, 2-3 hours. We deliver the flowers and supplies, give a quick demo, then let you and your crew take over.
What to bring: Wine, snacks, good vibes, and your wedding playlist. We bring everything else — flowers, tools, containers (if needed), and our simple arranging guide.

How much does a flower arranging party cost?
The arranging party experience is included when you order DIY wedding flower buckets ($200 each). There's no additional fee for the party itself — just order your buckets and tell us you'd like to make it an event. We deliver and do a quick arranging demo to get everyone started.
Does anyone need flower arranging experience?
Not at all. We start with a 10-minute demo showing basic techniques, then everyone jumps in. Our farm-fresh flowers are selected specifically because they look beautiful no matter how you combine them. The most common reaction is surprise at how professional the results look.
How long does the arranging party take?
Plan for 2-3 hours, including our demo and cleanup. Most groups find their rhythm quickly and finish arrangements in about 90 minutes, leaving time for toasts, photos, and enjoying each other's company before the big day.
How do we store arrangements overnight?
Keep arrangements in a cool room away from direct sunlight and heat sources. A garage, basement, or air-conditioned room works perfectly. We provide flower food and care instructions. Arrangements made the night before look gorgeous and fresh for your wedding day and beyond.
