Celebrating Who They Were

A celebration of life is different from a funeral. It's about joy alongside the grief — remembering the garden they tended, the colors they wore, the wildflowers they picked on hikes. The flowers at a celebration of life should feel like the person you're honoring. We'll help you get that right.

Our Process

Tell us about them. Their favorite colors, the flowers in their garden, the places they loved. We listen first.

We design around their story. Whether that means sunflowers because they grew them every summer, or wildflower-style arrangements because they loved the mountains — each piece reflects who they were.

We handle the details. Delivery to the venue, setup of table arrangements, timing coordination. You focus on being present with the people who matter.

  • Table Arrangements

Centerpieces for guest tables, buffet displays, and gathering spaces. Designed to invite conversation and reflection without being overpowering. Seasonal blooms in the colors that mattered to them.

  • Tribute Pieces

Larger focal arrangements for the entrance, photo display, or altar area. These set the tone for the entire gathering — warm, personal, and full of meaning. Often include their signature flowers or colors.

  • Memorial Displays

Garlands, loose blooms for scattering, flower bars where guests take a stem home, or arrangements surrounding a photo collection. Creative, personal touches that make the space feel alive with memory.

A Note from Adrienne

Every celebration of life I've done has taught me something about the person being honored. A grandmother who grew dahlias. A father who always brought home wildflowers. A friend who loved the color yellow. I pour that into the arrangements because flowers have a way of holding memory. Tell me about your person, and I'll make sure the flowers feel like them.

Questions

Celebration of Life Flowers FAQ

How much notice do you need for a celebration of life?

We understand these events often come together quickly. Ideally, 3-5 days gives us time to design and source the best seasonal blooms. For last-minute needs, call us directly — we'll do everything we can to help, even on short notice.

How much do celebration of life flowers cost?

Most celebration of life flower packages range from $150 to $500, depending on the size of the gathering and the types of arrangements needed. A few table centerpieces start around $150, while full venue florals with a tribute piece run $400-$500. We'll work with your budget.

Can you deliver to any venue in the Gallatin Valley?

Yes. We deliver and set up at homes, churches, community centers, restaurants, parks, and any venue in the Bozeman, Belgrade, and greater Gallatin Valley area. We coordinate timing with the venue to make sure everything is ready before guests arrive.

Can I incorporate flowers from their garden?

We love this idea. If you can bring us cuttings from their garden, we'll weave them into the arrangements. Even a few stems of something they grew adds a layer of meaning that store-bought flowers simply can't match. Just let us know and we'll plan around it.

Can guests take flowers home after the celebration?

Absolutely. Many families ask us to design arrangements that can be divided into smaller bouquets for guests to take home. We can also set up a flower bar with loose stems and wrapping, so each guest leaves with a personal reminder of the person being honored.
